This afternoon, we went to check out another local park. Jonah found some more steering wheels…
…and some good stairs to climb.
Then he found the greatest thing of all – a fire truck with a steering wheel!!!
“This has a steering wheel just like Mom’s steering wheel, but it is in a fire truck!”
“You are sitting in the driver’s seat in this fire truck to drive all around!”
I sat in the back for a while so he could drive me around. “You are driving Mom all the way to that big fire over there! We made it to that fire!” (complete with Jonah’s siren and horn sound effects) :)
So glad you are finding “fun parks” in Eugene, Jonah. And how about that “crick” which runs into the Sand Box. It must be very neat.
Tell Mom and Dad that we hope their “stuff” arrived as wished and that life can be a little better than “camping out” in your new home.
Friends have said Eugene is a good town in which to raise a family.
