Again, it’s been a while since I posted, so I have a few things to share.
First, I got some chair feet for the bottom of Nora’s high chair that raise her up the half inch needed to slide right up to the table to eat with the rest of the family. No more sitting off to the side with a tray for her!
Jonah has recently decided that he doesn’t really want me to take pictures of him anymore and usually closes his eyes and scrunches his face. Like this. ;)
But every once in a while, I can sneak one in.
On Friday, while I was making dinner, we looked out the window and saw… SNOW! The kids were very excited!
So we put on our shoes and jackets and headed outside. I grabbed one of Jonah’s old winter jackets, but Nora insisted on wearing her polka dot raincoat. Funny! She was not quite sure what to think of the snow once we were out there.
Jonah walked around in his Thomas boots, looking tall, trying to avoid my camera.
Both kids have been sick this past week with bad colds, so Nora’s been napping at all sorts of different times. Yesterday, she was awake at a time that Jonah wasn’t, so she got to practice driving trains on the tracks all by herself!
So much fun to be at the BIG table like a BIG girl, Nora! :) and we love all the new things you are doing— maybe there will be more snow to play with, and then you can build something with Jonah. love you all bunches and bunches!
Yes, Nora, You are getting to be a big girl. If we ave more snow, Jonah can probably teach you how to make a snow angel. Wasn’t it fun to play with the trains all by yourself?
Gran and I love you and Jonah cvery much.
