It shouldn’t surprise me, since Jonah spends most of his waking hours acting out baseball games (and Nora spends most of her waking hours watching everything he does), but Nora’s figured out what to do when someone says ‘bat’ or ‘batting’. At dinner, Jonah was talking about how we were playing baseball outside this afternoon. When he said something about Nora batting, she started right in with the motions. At first, I thought it was just a coincidence, but no, she really was trying to show us her batting techniques. I’m totally outnumbered now…
