We’ve been attending toddler story time at the library every week since we’ve been here, and the librarian almost always sings these two songs. Jonah’s not one to dance around and look like he’s having a good time during the singing when we’re there, but he very intently studies what she’s doing. This week, he’s gotten pretty confident with these songs, and has started singing them and doing the hand motions all the time (especially during the hour or more it takes him to fall asleep for his nap).

We just love this singing and guitar playing of Itsy bitsy spider and Twinkle Twinkle. They are my most favorite songs, my mommy use to sing them to me and my brother Buddy when we were little like you, only we couldn’t play the guitar,because we didn’t have one, sure wish we did!!!
I think you should be going on American Idol show very soon and I betcha you will win.

Well Sara…it is OBVIOUS that you completely ignore Jonah most of the time and he is never at ALL intellectually stimulated. ;-) No really…he is adorable and I love the new videos. Cora is taking her bath and going to bed, but tomorrow I’ll be sure to show her and I’m sure we’ll become addicted. Those are two of her favorites too!! :)
