Jonah wanted some work signs for his construction site in the sandbox. He decided what kinds he wanted and wrote them up, we laminated them, and now he can set up all his trucks and their digging scenes.
And favorite quote from that day: “Buuut Mom. Nora likes it when I throw sand in the air. And you like Nora. That means YOU like when I throw sand.” Hm. That logic allllmost works. ;)
Soooooooo CUTE!! Love the signs- what a great idea. And Grandpa just LOVES the left-handed philosopher. haha
Jonah, one time when your grandad was outside tinkering with the family car, I made a “Slow: Man At Work” sign and taped it to a traffic cone we’d found on the beach during a trip to the Oregon Coast. I proudly put the traffic cone in the driveway so anyone who passed by would know. But I was pretty young and my sign-lettering skills were not the greatest, so the sign appeared to read “Slow Man At Work.”
