Well, it sure took its time, but it looks like summer has arrived in Oregon! I set up the tiny pool so the water could warm a bit while the kids napped, and they were both happy to get in when they woke up. Nora needed a little time to get used to splashing her feet over the edge, but then she sat right down with no problem. Jonah prefers to stand. :)

Jonah likes to play a game that he named “jaggle” (not sure why) where he basically uses a cup to throw water high in the air out of the pool (or bathtub, but we’re a little less happy about that game). He had a great time, and it was especially funny when he mistimed his throw and it ended up landing on his head.

And even though she doesn’t even roll yet, she’s sure trying a lot harder to move around these days, pulling herself forward when she’s sitting if there’s something interesting just out of reach.
