This morning, we took a drive just north of town to take Jonah to pick out some pumpkins. He went in a hayride to the field, pulled by a real tractor!
We walked around the field for a little bit, looking for a nice pumpkin or two to take with us, and Jonah practiced walking amongst all the vines without tripping.
One of the pumpkins had a ladybug crawling on its stem.
Then we checked out the goats. “That goat is black and that goat is white. They are kind of like dogs.”
Jonah got to feed them some snacks, and he really got a kick out of that.
We found a tractor that he could drive – also very exciting. “This tractor is green, and it has a big green steering wheel for you to drive!”
After we ate lunch, he wanted to sing a night-night song to the pumpkins before his nap. “Today we went to see lots of pumpkins. And we brought two pumpkins home…”
And for fun, you can look back on Jonah’s pumpkin patch visit last year.
Jonah, you are the BEST pumpkin in the whole patch!!! Love and hugs, GG :)
So glad to see you are enjoying your new digs Jonah! I hope your little brother or sister is treating you mom well. Seems like you guys have adjusted to the change beautifully! :)
Love that sunshine!
And what’s up with the Yankees hat on papa?
