Colors

Jonah has known all his colors for a couple of months now, but he’s just recently gotten to the point where he can say all of them. He has some pretty special pronunciations, so I had to get it on tape before he starts saying them more clearly. They crack me up! Especially orange (which sounds a whole lot like his ‘oink’). And yellow. And purple.

He’s also started saying another new word that makes his dad very proud. See if you can figure out what it is… ;)

  1. Grandma and Grandpa says

Hmmmmmmmmm… let me think. Could it possibly be “baseball”??? :)

  2. OK, Sean. Now that he can throw (was that pitch a split finger?), if you can just teach him to hit, run and slide, he can get a contract and you can retire in the style to which you have always wanted to become accustomed!!!

He is way ahead on colors and sounds. Pretty soon he will surprise us with shapes and counting and ABC’s and scoring games.

    He is beyound precious.

    Love, Dad/Grandad

  3. Uncle Johnny says

Good putting-things-away skills! What was that word he was saying when he was doing it!

Let’s hope he doesn’t settle for the RI pronunciation of “orange” that has embarrassed Uncle Johnny all these years! I just can’t shake it!
