Once a week, Sean and Jonah make salmon together for dinner. Jonah helps put the fish in the pan and adds lemon juice and wine. I’m very pleased that he’s learning how to cook – the sooner the better! He even gets very excited when we pass the fish counter at the grocery store and doesn’t like it when we don’t stop to buy some.
He spent about half an hour the other night moving the cooler up and down the hall and from one room to another. This was very serious work.
Also, we got a new shelf/bin thing to help organize Jonah’s toys. While I was putting it together, he was very proud to help by putting the screws in the holes and then poking them with a screwdriver.
The next morning, I went to check on him while he was playing in his room, and he had apparently decided that this is the fun thing to do with his new plastic bins!
I love every bit of this post! Cooking, organizing, placing himself in bins…Jonah, you are relentlessly adorable and awesome, and I love you more for it with every post!
We need to get one of those!!! Her toys all over the place!! I wish I could Cameron to stay still long enough to help me. :)
Hi Jonah! You sure are a busy guy — wish you could have been here last night to help us unpack our new microwave. It came in a big box that would have been really fun to sit in!
Jonah, there is never a dull moment– you are getting to be more and more fun every day. Thanks, mom for another super posting! :)
