“I’m Barack Obama…”

“…and I approve of this baby.”

Jonah and I (and our friend, Bob) got to see Obama at a rally in Roanoke. It was really exciting to get to see our next president in person! :) Jonah got to show off his ‘Where’s Obama?’ pointing skills, and people loved to see him walking around in his special t-shirt. The pictures I got were not great – it was kind of dark and we were far away – but I thought I’d share anyway.

If you squint and imagine really hard, you can almost tell that Obama’s standing at that podium.

Jonah’s taking the speech very seriously.

Jonah was an extremely good sport throughout all the waiting in lines and being in noisy crowds. I think his favorite parts were pointing at all the American flags and riding the shuttle bus to and from the parking garage.
