This past weekend we went up to Mt. Rainier to hike around and see a volcano. We ended up hiking about 10 miles total, with both kids doing most of the walking. Nora enjoyed a ride on my shoulders occasionally. Fortunately the bugs weren’t too bad and the views were excellent. Here are a few photos of our trip (more to come, too!).
As the baseball season continues (and winds down), Jonah is enjoying his playing a lot. He’s getting better at the game too! Here’s his at-bat from yesterday’s game:
One of Jonah’s favorite baseball players is Ryan Howard, the first baseman for the Phillies. Tonight at his ballgame he was thrilled to be positioned there for an inning. Below is a video of his fine work at first. :)
