Our 3-year-old had her first day of school today! She has been counting the weeks and days for months now, and the big day finally arrived!

Sean went in to work a little late so the whole family could come drop Nora off (and so we could go out to breakfast afterwards. Mmmm…).

After I picked her up, I took a few other ‘first day of school’ photos, since the morning ones were kind of fuzzy.
She said, “I will do a face of how excited I am about school.” OK then.
She wanted to get right to work on her special ‘All About Me’ poster. Lots of good coloring. :)
She was full of stories about all the fun things she did. The sandbox was her favorite thing of the day, and she said, “Now that I went to school for one day, I just want to go to school even more!!”
Aaaaah! preschool–the happiest time ever, and it sure shows on those faces! beautiful! :)
We so enjoyed the end-of- year visit. We looked forward to Nora’s starting school. She looks so proud and enthusiastic. All of the Christmas Pictures and events are beautiful.
